Creative Billing Solutions operates in a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment, hosted in an SSAE16 Type II data center. 

 

Accessibility to the VDI environment is obtained through the VMware Horizon client on a variety of desktops and laptops, and through PCoIP on “thin clients”. Physical devices accessing the VDI are blocked from downloading or uploading data to or from the VDI desktop. Therefore, physical devices contain no Creative Billing Solutions client data whatsoever. This operating method solves many security challenges.
